Friday 23

10:30 – Institutional visits.

• Visit to the Barcelona City Hall

• Visit at the Archbishopric of Barcelona

• Visit to the Holy Christ of Lepanto in Barcelona Cathedral — the image that presided over the flagship during the 1571 Battle of Lepanto, which halted the advance of the Ottoman Empire into Europe and in which the fleet of the Order of Saint John played a pivotal role.

14:00 – Supreme Council meeting at The Avenida Palace
16:00 – Postulants meeting at the The Avenida Palace

19:30 – Concert
20:30 – Welcome Reception
 

Saturday 24
10:30 – Visit to the Basilica of the Sagrada Família, in guided groups according to preferred language (English, Italian, German, French and Spanish).
13:00 – Reception at the Hotel Avenida Palace.
16:30 – Solemn Investiture Ceremony at the Church of Santa Anna.

20:00 – Cocktail Reception followed by Dinner and a Gala Ball.
 

Sunday 25

10:30– Visit to the Picasso Museum.

13:30– Fraternal lunch.

Barcelona is a city with a very high flow of tourism, which causes constant fluctuations in prices. The Grand Priory of Spain has secured a very advantageous agreement with the Hotel Avenida Palace, located in the historic centre of Barcelona and close to the Church of Santa Anna, the venue of the Solemn Investiture Ceremony. The hotel will maintain these special rates until January 31st, 2026. After that date, prices will most likely double. We strongly recommend booking as soon as possible.

Registration Fees and Dues: € 350,00 per person attending.
The fee includes transport from and to hotel for events, entrance to Concert, Friday Reception, entrance to Sagrada Familia, Saturday Reception, Post-Investiture Ceremony Cocktail, the Gala Dinner and Ball, and the open bar.
